Counseling Center
American Institute for Creative Living, a not-for-profit, tax exempt counseling agency has been operating on Staten Island for about forty years. The institute provides services on a sliding scale basis and is particularly directed to clients who do not have an health insurance plan or who do not have Medicare / Medicaid. We believe that AICL provides for this special part of the general public and thus contributes to overall mental health care. Services are provided by licensed professionals and those applying for licensure. An evaluation appointment with the Director can be made by calling (718) 698-0300 ( 24/7). Clients may be seen the same day or within a few days.
